Inspection

Your rodent control service begins with a thorough inspection of your home and property. During the inspection, we look for entry points around your home's exterior, harborage areas inside your house, and conducive conditions in and around your home. After we get an accurate view of your rodent infestation, we can determine a proper treatment plan.

Treatment

We offer a variety of treatment options to fully eliminate and prevent rodent infestations.

  • Baiting: We'll set out bait in strategic locations to eliminate your active infestation.
  • Removal and sanitation: If we can reach them, we will disinfect the areas affected by the rodent infestation. If we can't find the source of the problem, we'll use odor control products.
  • Attic insulation removal: If your insulation was damaged due to a rodent infestation, we contract out a service to remove and replace the damaged insulation.
  • Exclusion: We offer exclusion services to seal the entry points rodents use to get into your house. We offer these services from ground to roof level, up to 35 feet. Our exclusion services include unlimited free re-services for recurring customers and a one-year warranty for non-recurring customers.

Follow-Up

We offer our rodent control services as a monthly or one-time service. If you choose the monthly service, we will return to your property every month to make sure it remains rodent-free. We'll also return to your property to provide free re-services in between regularly scheduled services if necessary.

If you choose to have a one-time service performed, your rodent control service comes with a 30-day warranty.
